Being Bullied?
I suggest you stay away from the person who's hurting you. If it's serious, you need to tell someone and see if you can find a way to cancel the torture. Try reasoning with the bully and in the end, you could end up being friends! There's more than one way to deal with this. Things I suggest you NEVER try are: fighting, using bad language, or being a bully yourself. Trust me, this makes things WAY worse! Remember, try the best suggestions, and don't cause a fight!
Fussing About Cussing?
I have a hard time taking my own advice on this. I mean, it irritates me, it burdens me... the list gets long. Yet, ignoring is one easy way to calm yourself. Though sometimes it's so bad, I plug my ears, close my eyes, and go LALALALALA. Hey, it helps! I know lots of people can hardly stand cussing, while a lot of others do it so often. It even causes fights when used the wrong way. I, for one, avoid all this. Suggestions for not doing: cussing back, starting fights, or any kind of violence. Just simply, find a way to calmly ignore it.
Debate Time: Should Students be Allowed to Pray in School?
This is a very troubling debate in the U. S. A. The constitution has had difficulties, and just as much as parents and even students themselves. I know there could be lots of different religions in school, but I always thought, " Can't they pray aloud to themselves?" Honestly, it's causing a real big mess here. Debates, debates. With all the struggle-causing debates in this country, we could have a Civil War 2! That would be absolutely horrible. I say why can't students pray aloud to themselves at school? I've read many a webpage about this debate, and seeing so many thoughts and hopes, I want peace in their efforts. Kids should be allowed to practice their religion anywhere! Silently, aloud, you name it. The first Amendment directly notes that everybody is allowed to practice their religion! All that, " There is a separation between Church and State" stuff makes no sense to me. Sheesh people! It's time to get real! You all may have some other ideas, but I'm expressing mine, so let it be!
Little or Big Siblings Being Pains?
Hey people! Got some older or younger brats in your family that do nothing good? Well, I might be able to help. I know they either think they're better than you, or they're just trying to be like you in many unexplainable ways. Try to pretend you don't mind for a while, then surprise them with a little inside info you found out about their bad doings. I can't wait to expose my sibling to himself. Then, spy on them for a while if the whole giving-inside-info thing doesn't cause a big fight, in which I seem to get everyday. Please don't wonder why. It's a very long story. If it does make a fight, (1) sorry (2) try a little bit longer and record their being bratty. I know it will be likely to start a fight, but, as long as you can last, pretend nothing hurts, stay calm, and stop it. Or to end it if you're short-tempered, let it out and cry. They might stop. Afterwards, try dealing with each problem calmly, and you'll eventually break on through. If this doesn't work for me, I don't know what will.
Relaxer's Block?
There are times when you have nothing to do, but just can't seem to relax. There are many ways to do it, though. Some are interesting, some are weird, and so on. The weirdest one I've been thinking of is smelling the scent of a scented candle right up against your nose. I actually do that. For some, reading a really good book outside under the shade of a nice, big tree is nice. Last time I did that, I was out all day, relaxing in harmony. Some people I know just lounge around and watch TV. You could try taking a warm bath with scented bubble bath. Don't fall asleep in it, though. I nearly did one time, and I got lavender-scented water up my nose. The most simple way I know, though, has been used forever. You do a long one every night! Napping!
Debate Time: Tablets or Textbooks?
It may or may not seem like a random question to you, but it's been brought up to me a lot: should tablets replace textbooks? This is actually a really confusing debate topic. Which side, yes, no? LOL. Tablets do cost tons of money and are kinda unhealthy, being an electronic, but the bright side is that you can find anything on it, almost. Textbooks are cheaper and healthier, but it has a limited amount of information. See what I mean by its confusing? Good upsides bad downsides on both sides!!! Healthy cheap books with limited info, or fancy, expensive, unhealthy tablets with limitless info? WHICH SIDE DO I CHOOSE????? Hopefully you guys are better decision makers than me. Who's side are you on: Paper VS. Technology?
